Nestled in the heart of Hertfordshire, Barkway Park Golf Club has quietly earned its reputation as one of the region’s hidden golfing treasures. Set across 200 acres, the course was crafted by veteran designer Vivian Saunders in 1992 and stretches to 6,939 yards from the white tees with a par of 74. With its wide fairways, firm playing surfaces and the ever-present influence of the county’s breezes, it presents a fair but formidable challenge for golfers of all abilities.

Fantastic par 74 long course but so enjoyable, unbelievable value for money, play this to your handicap and your doing well, Fantastic staff also, recommend.

Bit of a hidden jewel as I had never played the course or to be honest heard of it. Nice little club house and friendly staff. Course well kept with some long par 4's. Amazing amount of countryside around it.
